Essie’s team of pro-manicurists are once again collaborating with fashion designers during New York Fashion Week, which begins today. Fashion designers are featuring Spring/Summer 2018 collections on the runway.

Three of Essie’s pro-manicurists — Rita Remark, Michelle Saunders and Julie Kandalec — are backstage at several fashion shows this week, layering colors and creating nail art designs that complement next season’s fashion trends.

On-Trend Nail Colors at Rachel Zoe

At the Rachel Zoe fashion show last night, Saunders led the team of manicurists. Zoe presented her Fall 2017 Bridal Collection in addition to Spring 2018.

To capture the ethereal feel of both shows, Michelle Saunders created a layered cream mani with a kiss of bling on the pinky fingers to channel the ultimate classic fashion staple: a pearl earring. Recreate the look using Imported Bubbly, Essie Allure, and Set in Stones.

In addition to Zoe, Essie is also collaborating with its global color designer, Rebecca Minkoff — plus, Alexander Wang, Michael Costello, MONSE, Oscar de la Renta, Alice + Olivia, KITH, Mansur Gavriel, and Tanya Taylor.
